Global vision, local intervention.

El diseño sin un profundo trabajo de arquitectura y organización de contenidos no sirve de nada...

Ernesto Rinaldi is creative director and founder of 451. Back in 1995 he had the vision of creating a company that would focus on digital media, and that newspapers would be, without any doubt, companies that would benefit the most from this digital revolution that was just starting.

Throughout these years Ernesto has been a very influential person through his work in some of the most important online newspapers in the region.

“newspapers are some of the companies that benefit the most from this digital revolution”

His work for La Nacion, one of Argentina’s most prestigious publications, gave the newspaper the award of “Best Online Publication outside US” given by the Editor and Publishers, never again given to a Latin American company.

He has an incredible vision of usability that started while he worked on interface design for companies like Apple, where he had a fundamental role in the design of the Final Cut interface, one of the most successful applications the company has delivered and setting the bases for overall design of OS X.

All these years of experience in the editorial world have given him the possibility of understanding what newspapers need -as much as their newsrooms-, the changes and how to exploit to the max each new benefit that the online world offers them.

He lectures throughout Latin America, Europe and the United States, bringing a different and optimistic vision to the challenges that the new media generates in traditional media.
