Online newspapers need to be able to adapt their content to new platforms. Since 1995 we’ve been working redesigning, transforming architectures and content. Today we do it in 9 countries, 3 continents.9 countries, 3 continents.

Stats speak for themselves: each day more and more people access information from mobile devices, and that number is growing exponentially every minute.

This phenomenon is not only happening in highly industrialized and technological savvy regions, but is even more notorious in developing countries, where access to technology -rare for many there- is fulfilled through the use of cell phones.

“mobile technology provides additional information for publications to further serve the user”

Not having an effective mobile strategy means not counting with one of the foundations on which transmission and reception of information currently works, one that users from all over the world use to reach information.

This not only means a change in the distribution method, but also in the strategy of “constant updating” content needs.

Just as with the internet, the gadgets on which the access is being performed like cell phones, PDAs and mobile computer are different, and each one offers alternative technologies sometimes not found on the internet itself.

This new edge implies publishing standards not only are to be in aesthetics and creativity of the look and feel, but also understanding that mobile technology provides additional information that the publication can use to further server the user.
